WARRANTY
All Lightning Composites products are sold under this warranty.
All Lightning Composites products are warranted for a one-year period, provided that the products have been installed and used in accordance with our instructions and suggestions if included. All products are warranted again manufacturing and assembling defects from the date of sale for the original purchaser only.
Defective products will be repaired or replaced.

LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY
The user is responsible for determining the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith. This includes all items sold or distributed by Lightning Composites. Lightning Composites is not liable for injury, property damage, or loss of any kind that occurs during the use of our products. We accept no responsibility improper installation or use of our products.
